所有檢定考試爭相對應的CEFR
 
CEFR(歐洲語言學習、教學、評量共同參考架構)主要在提供語言學習者、語言教師及證書使用者在各個階段:

-溝通所必需的能力
-相關的知識與技能
-溝通的情境與狀態

CEFR (歐洲語言學習、教學、評量共同參考架構) 將考生的語言能力所具備的實際溝通能力,由低到高進行了詳盡的描述 (Can do statement),說明在這個級別的考生在聽、說、讀、寫四項技能上所具備的能力,例如:“能夠做自我介紹”,“能够在社交,學術交流及工作場合中靈活及有效地使用語言”。

CEFR (歐洲語言學習、教學、評量共同參考架構) 把語言能力分為三個等級:

  • A (Basic user) 基礎的語言使用者
  • B (Independent user) 獨立的語言使用者
  • C (proficient user) 熟練的語言使用者

每個等級再分為2個級別之後,CEFR 總共就有了六個級別:A1, A2, B1, B2, C1 和C2。

熟練自如

C2
(精通級)

能毫不費力地理解看到及聽到的所有信息。能總結不同來源的口頭及書面資料,並且有能力連貫而有條理地,以簡報的方式重新組織複述這些資料的要點。能流利、準確、並即興地表達自己的意見,並且在較為複雜的情況下亦能有效地表達或區別出言外之意。 

Can understand with ease virtually everything heard or read. Can summarise information from different spoken and written sources, reconstructing arguments and accounts in a coherent presentation. Can express him/herself spontaneously, very fluently and precisely, differentiating finer shades of meaning even in more complex situations. 

C1
(流利級)

能理解多種知識領域中高難度的長篇文章,並抓到隱藏其中的深意。能流利隨意地表達自我而不需苦思適當詞彙。在社交上 、學術上及專業的場合中,皆能靈活有效地運用語言資源 。 能針對複雜的議題寫作時能有效地使用組織文章的技巧、連接詞和連貫文意的語句,撰寫出清楚、有條理且詳盡的文章。

Can understand a wide range of demanding, longer texts, and recognise implicit meaning. Can express him/herself fluently and spontaneously without much obvious searching for expressions. Can use language flexibly and effectively for social, academic and professional purposes. Can produce clear, well-structured, detailed text on complex subjects, showing controlled use of organisational patterns, connectors and cohesive devices.

 

獨立運用 B2
(高階級)
能理解具體或抽象主題的複雜文章企圖表達的重點,並且能够在自己的專業領域内參與技術性的討論。能在與以英語為母語的對象做互動時保持一定流暢度,而不會造成雙方的緊張。能針對廣泛的主題撰寫清楚詳盡的文章,並能針對各議題進行討論,分析利弊。

Can understand the main ideas of complex text on both concrete and abstract topics, including technical discussions in his/her field of specialisation. Can interact with a degree of fluency and spontaneity that makes regular interaction with native speakers quite possible without strain for either party. Can produce clear, detailed text on a wide range of subjects and explain a viewpoint on a topical issue giving the advantages and disadvantages of various options.
B1
(進階級)
能理解一般在職場上、學校裏、及休閒場合中常見之標準文件的重點。在國外旅行時能應對處理大部份可能發生的狀况。能針對熟悉或個人有興趣之主題撰寫簡單有連貫的文章。能敘述經驗、事件、夢想、希望及志向,並能對看法及計畫簡短地解釋理由或做出說明。

Can understand the main points of clear standard input on familiar matters regularly encountered in work, school, leisure, etc. Can deal with most situations likely to arise whilst travelling in an area where the language is spoken. Can produce simple connected text on topics which are familiar or of personal interest. Can describe experiences and events, dreams, hopes & ambitions and briefly give reasons and explanations for opinions and plans.

 

 

基礎能力 A2
(基礎級)
能理解大部份日常生活中(例如:個人及家庭基本資料、購物、當地地理環境、工作等)常用的句子和表達法。在單純的例行性事務中能夠有效溝通,針對熟悉的例行性事務進行簡單直接的信息交換。能簡單描述個人背景、週遭環境及切身需求之事物。 

Can understand sentences and frequently used expressions related to areas of most immediate relevance (e.g. very basic personal and family information, shopping, local geography, employment). Can communicate in simple and routine tasks requiring a simple and direct exchange of information on familiar and routine matters. Can describe in simple terms aspects of his/her background, immediate environment and matters in areas of immediate need.
A1
(入門級)
能理解並使用熟悉的日常表達法、基本詞彙以求滿足具體的需求 。能介紹自己及他人並能針對個人背景資料,例如住在哪裡 、 認識的人、以及擁有的事物等主題做出問答。能在對方說話速度語速緩慢、用詞清晰並隨時準備提供協助的前提下,做簡單的互動與交流。 

Can understand and use familiar everyday expressions and very basic phrases aimed at the satisfaction of needs of a concrete type. Can introduce him/herself and others and can ask and answer questions about personal details such as where he/she lives, people he/she knows and things he/she has. Can interact in a simple way provided the other person talks slowly and clearly and is prepared to help.
